A week is a long time in dubs and the last week has been just that. with not a lot doing the rounds of the forums and yours truly up to my eyeballs in work, no posts. Until I noticed this post on Dubforce.net.
Its a bunch of videos posted by Slateford. Maximum kudos for that, this post alone should surely waste and evening for you.

Well, I did it. I flirted with the idea when I bought the Nissan. But I couldn't find the car I wanted. So when a clean as you like MK1 GTI came up for sale locally (well, up for bids!) I watched the auctions final moments. The reserve was set to 1300 but the car only made 510 and the highest bidder was a local lad also intent on a little go kart fun in his daily driver. I took myself over to check the car out and though I wasn't insured and didn't get a drive i was hooked instantly.
Sure, I think I'll change the rims once I've scrubbed the tyres down a bit, and I might even take that Original 3 Piece Zender rear spoiler off as i think it psoils the lines, but its perfect. Light and quick, not too thirsty and not too slow to warm up in the morning. Welcome to Vinnie!

Theres a cracking thread on dubforce this week...
DaveyBoy, a new user (Welcome Dave) has a passion for Fords and VWs. That something you dont see often, its a refreshing change.
Anyway, long story short... he wants to drop a cossie engine into a Rallye. You know how Rallye obsessed we are on Dubforce, well that statement alone was like a red rag to a bull. The Rallye enthusiasts were up in arms about another Rallye having its heart ripped out. The petroleum junkies were straight on the case citing the inability of tuners to get more than 300 reliable horses from a G60 block.
Whats your stance? Weigh in on the thread here. Whatever your opinion, its sure to run and run.
